DoD Technical Staffing LLC was formed specifically to provide “Mission Critical” IT consulting and staffing on a retained/contingent basis. We meet the demands of large military weapon and design companies that fuel our military forces with state of the art tools to insure our military global superiority. DoD Technical Staffing LLC provides IT staffing support on a National and Global basis. DoDTechStaffing is a female-owned company.

Executive Management Team

Lynette Kronen     Chief Financial Officer/Owner Corporate Office Olympia, WA

Lynette Kronen is DoD Technical Staffing LLC’s majority shareholder/CFO/office operations manager handling all payrolls, A/R and P and L. She will assist us in any and all contracts and accounting functions. She concurrently serves in the Washington Air National Guard and is a full time Civil Service employee as a Logistical Planner based out of Camp Murray Washington. Additionally Lynette possesses a SECRET security clearance.

Keith Campbell     Managing Partner/Talent Acquisition Specialist Seattle, WA

Keith Campbell comes to DoD Technical Staffing LLC with a Human Resources Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale, IL) in Workforce Education and Development. Keith has built a great reputation for himself and has huge contacts within the high-tech world of DoD Support. He has 15 years experience in high-level UNIX automated systems and Battle Simulations, local area networks, networking principles and general communications systems. He has served six years in the US Army as a computer software analyst, thereby accumulating a wide range of application knowledge. Keith has the proven ability to learn, master and teach systems, applications, and programming languages. He also has an Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Tech, and has taught advanced electronic and Microsoft Office Suite courses. He possesses a TOP SECRET SBI clearance.

Ronald Kronen     Managing Director Olympia, WA Corporate Office

A seasoned executive technical recruiter with over 25 years experience. Ron attended Franklin University located in Lugano, Switzerland, where he studied International Economics and Human Resources as dual majors. He has traveled and lived throughout the world, and is trilingual. He was a principal partner at Project Objectives LLC. (an IBM Partner Alliance company). He started their highly successful Voice/Data Satellite staffing division and staffed systems programming BAL software development engineers for IBM’s 3090xx series. Later he joined an Oracle Business Alliance Member, Dataforce USA LLC. as the Director of Recruiting (South Eastern USA and Latin America.) After his stay with Dataforce, Ron started ERP Source, Inc., which evolved into The SourceGroup, LLC. After a successful merger with American Recruiters Intl., he moved forward with the start up of E-Tech Solutions (now known as Kron Technology Solutions, LLC). Kron Tech is an affiliated company to DOD TECHNICAL STAFFING LLC (a consulting, staffing firm) which specifically addresses Military weapon application design and Architecture (Ron has over 17 years of ERP recruiting with emphasis in the SAP arena as well as Military application recruiting)

Tara Kronen     Sourcing Specialist Olympia, WA

Tara Kronen is our lead candidate sourcing representative. She cold calls, sources the Internet, and utilizes our extensive in house database in identifying and making individual contact with Secret Security cleared technical candidates on a daily basis. Her responsibilities include scheduling technical assessments, confirming interview schedules, and maintaining personalized contact with our candidates.

Jack Hillon    Managing Partner/Director of Accenture Account  Chicago, Ill.

Jack Hillon brings to DoDTechStaffing.com close to 18 years of both retained and contingency IT search. He started in the IT staffing business at Phase One Project Specialists in Chicago, became a Partner in Hillon & Redell Ltd (also located in Chicago) for 5 years, and then became, and remains, President of ComPeople Source, Inc. He received a B.S.E. in History Education from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL., during which time he also attended the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, and Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Jack has been a specialist in the ERP recruiting field for the past 4+ years, and serves as, among other key functions, as DoDTechStaffing.com's Account Manager for Accenture's Government Practice, as a result of ComPeople Source's status as a Premier Preferred Provider of search services since March, 2002. Jack heads up DoD Technical Staffing LLC's Midwest office, located in a southwest suburb of Chicago, IL.

Rolland Giancarlo     International Business Development Manager Milan, Italy

A proven leader, Rolland originally was part of the E-Tech Solutions Inc. team back in 2002, and has helped DoD Technical Staffing LLC win many overseas/European engagements. He has 20 years of Human Resources experience, both in corporate, as well as Retained Executive Search. Rolland Giancarlo worked with Ron Kronen back in 1988 on the Banca Della Svizzera Italiano (www.BSI.ch) Artificial Intelligent Trading System engagement. Rolland has since been living in Milano, Italy, and is the Managing Partner of our International Office. He has a diverse specialty background, which includes Hardware Design, Banking Systems, ERP, and E-Security. Rolland is currently on a consulting contract with Fiat Automobile Corp. as manager of process re-engineering implementation.
